Fixed Fee Arrangements

In some circumstances it is possible for our fees to be fixed in advance.  Some examples where this may be considered are:-       

• Formalising Mediated Agreements
• Preparing Separation, Cohabitation or Prenuptial Agreements
• Preparation of divorce or dissolution application
• Preparing Consent Orders

If you feel that the circumstances of your situation are such that it may be appropriate for there to be a fixed fee arrangement then please do give us a call, make an appointment for a free initial consultation where we can discuss this further.

Ad Hoc Advice

If you are able to take on some of the work yourself and would like to be able to take advice from an experienced family solicitor where you feel it is necessary, please talk to us about our pay as you go service as this may be right for you.

Full Representation

If you would like us to fully manage your case then this is our usual service.  You will have a solicitor appointed to your case with whom you can develop a good working relationship and who will be available to manage each aspect and advise you throughout each stage of your case through to conclusion.  If you would like more information about our usual charges and likely cost estimates in your particular circumstances, please do call us to make an appointment for a free initial consultation.

Fees which may be payable to third parties

When making applications to the Court, there will usually be a fee to pay.  Further information about these fees can be found at the following link:

If fees become payable to experts instructed during the course of your case, these will be discussed with you beforehand but may include but not limited to barristers, financial advisors, accountants and surveyors as well as others.
